Hello! I am a self-diagnosed neurodivergent individual who is a member of the LGBTQIA+ Community. I specialize in working with Autistic and ADHD women and femmes. I practice from a solutions-focused and strengths-based approach. I believe in self-compassion and affirmation of neurodiversity. There is nothing inherently wrong with your brain and the way that it works, it just works differently than neurotypical people. I also have experience working with clients who are seeking to establish healthy boundaries with others. Do you feel like you are in a pattern of people-pleasing? Do you struggle to identify your own wants in decision-making? I can partner with you in order to explore your wants and desires, as well as ways to communicate these boundaries with others. I can support you with tapping into and utilizing skills that you already have. We are not reinventing the wheel; we are taking what you know and making it work better for you.

The difference between “laziness” and executive dys-function is that people who are being “lazy” don’t judge themselves for it.
